Personal Checks are NOT accepted.

• What are grounds for a refund?
• A refund is ONLY given if I must cancel due to anything personal (illness , emergency etc),
• The service is not completed within the terms of the agreement
• No show by the MOS (Master of service)
• ONLY the payor may receive the refund. NO 3rd party
• When is the client NOT granted a refund?
• Disgruntled aggressive behavior in which the MOS is made to feel threatened by client, those in attendance or aggressive pets that pose a threat.
• Client cancels day of event or service
• When is the deposit due for service?
• 72 hours prior to service at latest
• Is there additional cost for travel or delivery?
• If the event or destination of service is 30 miles or more (amount may vary)
• Can prepared meals also be catered?
• Yes, I will cater your event as well, Fees apply accordingly
• How are consultations conducted?
• Online, via phone & in person.
• Who can request and/or pay for services?
• Client MUST be 18 or older. 21 for alcoholic services
