My many years of experience in my crafts directed me to my calling, To service the people. As a chef,I began this journey at a young age stemming from a long line of chefs within my family; I am the last of my generation to become a chef. Culinary school? Once, but I dropped out for a head chef position. It was then that I knew I wanted people to experience MY passion of food. As a Vegas trainer bartender my skills set is diverse & unique. Having worked in some of the best bars & clubs in Las Vegas & Austin TX, you can be certain that I will make your next event the talk of the town.

When we speak of fitness & self defense? We're talking over 30 year experience of competitive martial arts & self defense. My aim is to educate people on how to be safe in this crazy world. Whether 1 on 1 or your group, I am confident that I can bring out the confidence in you. That confidence also builds with a healthy lifestyle. With over 15 years in the personal training industry, I have the skills & motivational tools to get you to your " new you"!.
